on December 31 2007 and registered in the Central Registry of the Commercial
Court in Podgorica under Reg. No. 5-0436520/001. The company is a legal
successor of the Auditing and Consulting Company <Mont Audit> LLC Podgorica,
registered in 2003.

02694697. By the Decree of the same tax authority, the Company has been assigned
the VAT registration number 30/31-07150-9.
Cash funds of the
Company are maintained on the gyro account No: 510-20206-47 with CKB JSC
Podgorica Bank.
By the Decree of the
Podgorica Capitol - Secretariat for Entrepreneurship Development No: 07-UI-
040/08-763 dated 06 May 2008, the Company has been granted work permit.
By the Decision of
the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro No: 02-4376/2 dated 08 June 2009, the
Company has been granted a License for providing audit services.
The founder and the
Chief Executive Officer of the Company is Prof. Djordjije Rakocevic, PhD,
Licensed Auditor.
